Here we have the Canadian Pacific Loco. Produced in the mid-60's and giving strong competition to GE U25B's and EMD GP35's, the C424 had 2,500 in horsepower. Features include redesigned AAR style truck sideframes with separate brake cylinders and separate bearing cap detail, directional lighting with golden-white LED's, five-pole skewed armature motor with dual flywheels for optimum performance at all speeds, NMRA 8 pin plug for DCC, Factory equipped with AccuMate knuckle couplers, separately applied wire grab irons ladders and drop steps, and two pinted crew members.
