Here is a great starter set for any train person. This HO Trainman set features a 4'x3' oval of True-Track, power pack, one GP38-2 locomotive, three car freight assortment plus caboose, instruction sheet, warranty card, and Blueprints for Ten True-Track Layouts layout book.
The features of the locomotive include the same drive found in our basic Master Series locomotives, five-pole skewed armature motor with dual flywheels, separately applied hand rails and end railings, true scale dimensions with accurate details, realistic die-cast underframes, Accu-Mate couplers, and directional lighting
Freight car assortment made up of one each of the following: box car, gondola, covered hopper, and caboose. Each car features true scale dimensions with accurate details, weighted and detailed underframes, AccuMate knuckle couplers, trucks equipped with free-rolling metal wheels, and clear window inserts & separately applied side railings on caboose.
The True-Track included is Code 83 "Snap Track" with realistic roadbed and accurately sized and spaced brown ties with staggered spike detail just like the real thing, are easy to use, quick to set up, adn ready-to-run, and the track can be removed from roadbed if desired.
