This site just pertains to N Scale. If you know what you are looking for in other scales, we can check to see if we can get it for you. Our supplier carries all other scales. N Scale train items (except Kato Unitrack) will ship UPS. Kato Unitrack will ship USPS Priority Mail. All Nascar items will ship USPS Priority Mail.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with a credit card through a Paypal account, which you can do at checkout. We also will take a Money Order mailed to the address that we will supply you with.

How do I return an item?
If there was damage during shipment, you need to contact us as soon as possible, and we will give directions on what to do then. If there is something wrong with your item (doesn't run, etc.), you would have to get a hold of the manufacturer. We do not have repair facilities. We will help you get the problem solved.
Sorry but all Nascar Diecast items are not returnable. These are one of a kind items. We will not be able to exchange or except returns. We suggest putting insurance on the Nascar items.

What happens when my item is not in stock and it say it is?
If you click on your item to purchase and it says its in stock at that time, and your item is out of stock when we order it. We will give you a 10% discount off your next purchase. If we can't get the item because it is permanently out of stock, it is our fault and you will give you a 20% discount off your next order.
